The primary category is the single most important choice on your profile. It should match your main service, the one you want most calls for. Secondary categories add the other services you truly offer, and nothing else.

Services, products, service areas, hours, holiday hours, attributes, description, photos and your booking or quote link. Each one is a fact Google can match to a search, and a reason for a customer to pick you.
Keep your business name exactly as it is in real life. Google's guidelines don't allow adding keywords or town names to the name, and profiles that do can be suspended.
